Start with a size you can read and copy
For cursive writing practice for adults, the starting sheet uses Small letters and Normal spacing, with a model on alternate rows. Small gives a 9.525 mm capital-height guide; these are practice letters, larger than everyday handwriting. If you need larger letters, choose Medium under Size in the main panel. For more space between rows, open More options and choose Roomy under Spacing. Check the preview after either change.
Choose Solid for a dark reference to copy, Faded for tracing, or Outline for hollow letter shapes. Compare Traditional and Modern using the same phrase before choosing the model you prefer.
Letter joins in useful words
Load Joins to compare an, in, on and ou, then look at those combinations in plan, onward and outline. Trace a model row and copy it on the blank row below. Compare the space within each word and the height of neighboring letters.
To focus on a connection in your own writing, replace the preset with that pair and a word containing it. For a closer look at one letter, open its chart from the cursive alphabet page.
Short sentences for notes, schedules and journals
Use Daily note for a parcel reminder, Schedule for appointments, or Journal for a brief entry. Each button replaces the text so you can work on one task at a time. Edit the names and wording to match something you would write by hand.
Sign-off gives short closing phrases with names, such as “With thanks, Alex.” Replace the name to practice a personal closing. The model uses one of the two supplied fonts; it does not design or reproduce a handwritten signature.
For cursive handwriting practice for adults, try Model once under More options when you want the complete text at the top and empty rows below. Longer sentences wrap across model rows. If the page fills up, shorten the text or use Fit to one page.
A short practice session you can adjust
Try five minutes: spend one minute comparing a few joins, two minutes tracing and copying a short note, and two minutes writing that note again on a blank row. Compare your copy with the model and choose one word to revisit next time.
Change the timing or stop sooner to suit your schedule. This is a suggested routine, with no promised result or deadline. Save the PDF if you want to repeat the same wording on another day.
